Information you give us

When you use a form, calculator, marketplace listing, or WhatsApp button, we may store:

Your name, mobile number, email, town, and pincode.
The message you type, and any gold weight or loan amount you enter as an estimate.
The page you came from, including ad click identifiers when they are present in the link.

Location

The site asks the browser for your location only after you tap a branch-finder or WhatsApp action that needs it. If you allow it, we use the position to suggest a nearby branch and to put a map link in the WhatsApp message. If you refuse, the page still works and we use the town you picked or a default branch.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our server logs the IP address, browser type, and the pages requested. We also use:

To keep a record of marketplace listings and trade messages.

To meet record-keeping duties when you actually take a loan or sell gold at a counter.

Branch records

If you pledge or sell gold, the branch collects identity details required for a pawn or purchase. Those records stay in our loan system. They are not posted on the public website. Staff use them to issue the ticket, track interest, and return the gold.

Who we share it with

Branch staff who handle your enquiry or pledge. Hosting, email, analytics, and advertising providers who process data for the site. We do not sell customer lists. A marketplace listing shows only the details you choose to publish, such as the item description. Your phone number is not placed on the public listing page; buyers reach you through the WhatsApp step on that listing.

How long we keep it

Website enquiries are kept so the branch can follow up and so we can see whether the visit happened. You can ask us to delete an enquiry that did not become a loan or a purchase. Loan and purchase records are kept for the period required by the pawn-broker and tax rules that apply to that branch.

Children

The site is for adults who can sell or pledge gold. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
